Form-Scaff – a Division of Waco Africa Pty Ltd signs exclusive agreement with Doka GmbH for sole
distribution rights across Sub-Saharan Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands.
The agreement which came into effect on 1st August 2019 will see Waco Africa become the largest formwork provider on the continent in terms of presence and capacity through its subsidiary Form- Scaff, who will continue to work with Doka as its engineering and technology partner.
