The performance management process starts with managers and employees jointly agreeing performance objectives for the year and then developing a balanced scorecard.

Waco International strives to be the best at what it does. The Group has a number of local and global peer groups to identify areas of excellence (internal and external) and to transfer these practices throughout the Group.
